Our process is simple in form and is scalable in the methodology of defining first, evaluating and then building.
Solving any design problem begins by first defining it. We believe in designing the right problem to solve before proposing the solution. We do this by getting a deep understanding of both business and market needs in a collaborative effort with the client.
The evaluation phase is carried out in an internal workshop consisting of all elaborate teams including Strategy, Design and Engineering. An important part of this process is to give the client the freedom to dream big, while we find the best way to give shape to the best ideas by aligning them with business and market needs.
Building out our solution is where the Elaborate collective works in an assembly-line of efficient, precise and beautiful production. The result of this process is several prototypes that are tested against both business and market needs, iterated on together with the client and pushed through our production process again.
